1. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel or change your order within 1 hour of placement for a full refund.
After 1 hour, production and fulfillment may have started; cancellations or changes are not guaranteed.
2. Perishable Goods — No Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once items have been correctly delivered or picked up. Please refrigerate or freeze promptly upon receipt.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, thawed beyond safe quality, or incorrect, email info@zencakesmiami.com; alex@zencakesmiami.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the product, inner packaging, and shipping label.
After review, we may issue a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
4. Temperature & Handling
Many items ship/deliver frozen or chilled. Once delivered, you are responsible for proper storage (refrigeration/freezing). We are not responsible for temperature abuse after delivery attempts or hand‑off.
5. Non‑Refundable Items
Custom/pre‑order items, gift cards/store credit, and promotional items are final sale, unless defective.
Missed delivery due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient is not eligible for a refund.
6. Chargebacks & Fraud
We investigate all chargebacks. To expedite resolution, please contact us first; most issues can be resolved swiftly with photos and tracking.
7. B2B/Wholesale
Claims for shortages or visible damage must be noted on the carrier receipt (if applicable) and reported within 48 hours.
Inspection upon delivery is required; remedies are limited to repair/replacement or credit at our option. Resale/redistribution requires our written authorization.

9. Allergen & Health Disclaimer
Our desserts are prepared in a facility that also handles nuts, soy, and dairy. While we take precautions to minimize cross‑contamination, trace amounts may be present. Please check ingredient labels carefully before consuming. Individuals with allergies, sensitivities, or specific dietary needs should consult their healthcare provider before enjoying our products. Your health and safety are very important to us.
