1. Service Areas & Methods
We currently offer local delivery in Miami, FL. Nationwide shipping may be added in the future — please check our website for updates.
Most items are shipped or delivered frozen to preserve freshness and quality.
2. Processing & Cut-Off
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays and periods of high demand). Same-day or next-day delivery may be available in limited cases.
3. Delivery & Receipt
Local deliveries are scheduled in advance and require in-person receipt. We generally do not leave orders unattended.
If no one is available at the scheduled time, a redelivery fee may apply.
4. Risk of Loss
If a third-party carrier is used, risk of loss passes once the package is handed to the carrier. For deliveries by our own courier, risk transfers at the time of hand-off to you.
5. Address Accuracy & Access
Please ensure that delivery addresses are complete and accurate (including unit numbers, gate codes, etc.). Failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information may incur additional fees.
6. Weather & Carrier Delays
Weather conditions, peak seasons, or carrier constraints may affect delivery timelines. While we are not liable for delays outside of our control, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.
7. Packaging & Handling
Orders may include insulation and ice packs or dry ice. Use gloves when handling dry ice, keep away from children and pets, and allow products to re-harden in your freezer before serving.
